
Senior Operations Business Partner
What You'll Do:
The Senior Operations Business Partner is responsible for driving the execution of operational priorities by acting as a bridge between strategic direction and operational execution. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning priorities, coordinating efforts, and advancing initiatives. As a key support to the VP of Operations, the role not only assists in translating vision into action but also ensures that goals are met with precision, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Strategy Execution: Translate organizational goals into actionable operational strategies; lead and manage high-impact projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Breaking down broad strategies into actionable workplans with clear steps and responsibilities.
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments to accommodate shifting priorities or unforeseen challenges.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational objectives during execution.
- This responsibility ensures that strategic goals are not only conceptualized but also realized with measurable results.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple, concurrent strategic initiatives from planning through implementation; coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones.
- Developing comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Effective project management ensures that initiatives remain on course, are completed within deadlines, and achieve their intended impact.
- Clinical Program Development and Implementation:
- Partner with clinical leadership to design, implement and operationalize clinical programs and models of care that align with organization goals and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness across functional areas.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to inform recommendations; deliver insights and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Resource Stewardship:
- Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools to support operational objectives, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Change Leadership:
- Guide and support teams through operational change initiatives, ensuring alignment and adoption across departments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders to drive results and remove execution barriers.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Proactively identify and address operational risks, implementing solutions to safeguard continuity and performance.
- Executive and Market Support:
- Provide direct operational and strategic support to the enterprise, helping to align regional priorities, advance key initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of cross-functional efforts.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
This is a fully remote position.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field (required)
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or process improvement roles, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
- MS Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive projects to completion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
