We are looking to hire a Market Manager that will optimize revenue operations, and drive Sales
initiatives across their named territory. Reporting directly to our SVP, Skilled Nursing, you will
oversee client success, revenue targets and business results for your book of business and net
new prospects you will close.
You will...
● Develop and implement strategic Sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
● Drive client retention and engagement strategies rate to reduce partnership churn rate.
● Leverage business intelligence tools and market insights to own account and market based health assessments.
● Monitor and analyze account metrics to provide actionable insights to optimize partner performance.
● Lead cross functional initiatives to drive desired business results.
● Conduct business reviews regularly with clients to a deliver best-in-class experience to connectRN partners.
● Serve as the Skilled Nursing VOC, providing insights to guide strategic decisions and growth opportunities within your named territory and book of business.
● Utilize business intelligence and data analysis to drive decision-making and improve Sales pipeline efficiency.
● Develop and maintain accurate Sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting.
● Collaborate with Finance influence and maintain a target DSO across a named book of business and territory.
● Serve as the primary point of escalation to provide exemplary client service and experience.
● Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into Sales strategies.
You have...
● Proven experience (5+ years) in Sales management.
● Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data analysis, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proven track record to influence both clients and prospects.
● Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
● Results oriented with a strong focus on achieving Sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
● Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to understand fashion.
● Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
● Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
● Strong Sales and business acumen with a willingness and capability to learn new software tools quickly and efficiently.
