General Summary:

The Partner Advisory Director is responsible for building and leading our advisory group system, facilitating the corporate advisory council, and guiding a technology council and multiple cohort advisory groups linked to critical growth functions of ConnectWise. The advisory groups are holistically fueled by the diversity of perspectives, experience, and expertise of ConnectWise's global TSP community of partners.

This role collaborates with executives and various leaders within ConnectWise to lead and facilitate workshops and extract findings that inform: our build, buy, and partner strategies, thought leadership, content strategies, and investments. These findings are then summarized and packaged for our leaders, allowing them to create value for our community. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm and empathy for our ConnectWise and IT Nation partners while serving as a key liaison, promoting a system of trust, and driving productive and positive relationships between ConnectWise and our global partner community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Orchestrate and lead the advisory group system of councils and cohorts, creating alignment between our partners and our executives. Curate the partner advisory experience with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our strategic initiatives.

· Craft and communicate outcomes that allow our leaders and teams to create deeper partner value.

· Work closely with the CEO to align and prepare for events and cohort calls. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create agendas, coordinate logistics, and facilitate discussions.

· Develop and iterate the advisory group system while maintaining up to date charters, NDAs, membership and contact lists, and any other foundational documentation. Manage systems and tools to allow the groups to function and thrive.

· Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate advisory council meetings, working closely with procurement and purchasing to secure appropriate contracts. Provide guidance for other councils and facilitators.

· Manage corporate advisory council meeting invites, weekly communications, and post-meeting journals, and follow-ups. Record and transcribe all meetings for re-cap documentation and distribute learnings to appropriate leaders and members.

· Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with ConnectWise executives, leaders, and advisory council members.

· Follow through with all partner inquiries and escalations, ensuring follow-up by appropriate ConnectWise leaders and teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · 5+ years of experience working with partner networks, MSP business models, and core roles within MSPs.

· Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in a virtual setting as well as in-person.

· Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience. Ability to adapt and understand new technology/processes.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
