Acronis Account Manager -
General Summary:
The Acronis Funded Head is responsible for maintaining the sales relationship with our partners and acts as the ConnectWise- Acronis ambassador. This role works cross-functionally with the Account Management team to ensure the increase of revenues from Acronis products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts, catering specifically to existing Acronis partners
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Works in collaboration with other sellers within ConnectWise to maximize account coverage and success of the business through a sell through approach
- Maintains regular contact with key contacts at each Partner, learning more about Partner’s objectives and growth projections to increase product breadth
- Meets pre-determined sales objectives based on quota attainment and business activity.
- Works in collaboration with Account Managers to answer partners questions and resolve partner issues in a timely manner
- Identifies sales qualified opportunities to build expansion pipeline for the Sales teams
- Conducts business reviews with partners to learn more about partner’s data protection objectives, struggles, and growth projections to increase product breadth.
- Proactively manages renewal notifications and works to ensure partners continue to renew existing Acronis agreements
- Uses forecast methodology to accurately manage pipeline
- Work with Acronis sellers to educate and help upsell/cross sell partners
- Run Sales promos to drive further adoption of Acronis’ line card
- Run Pipeline reports and pipeline calls with Acronis.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

- Knowledge of the Data Production solutions, especially Acronis is required
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of successful sales initiatives typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise product requirements
- Ability to provide world class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
- Ability to effectively manage time and appropriately prioritize workload
- Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
- Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Experience with quota, account management, and technical capacities
Working Conditions:
- Remote/Hybrid/Onsite based on location
- 0-10% travel may be required
