 🥜We aren’t looking for a writer who creates in a vacuum. We are looking for a Performance Copywriter & Strategist who is as obsessed with "why" something works as they are with "how" it sounds.

 

In this role, your pen is guided by data. You will spend half your time crafting high-converting copy across email and in-app messaging, and the other half diving into the metrics to understand user behavior, run A/B tests, and iterate based on what the numbers are telling us. This role will help transform the effectiveness of the Customer Success department.

 

🔍Core Responsibilities:

- 50% Creative Execution (The "Output")

- Write high-impact copy for Technology Professionals that aligns with our brand voice while prioritizing conversions.

- Develop multiple "angles" or hooks for the same campaign to test different psychological triggers.

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure copy and visuals work together to drive a specific action.

- 50% Analysis & Strategy (The "Optimization")

- Monitor performance dashboards to track CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI on your copy.

- Lead the A/B testing roadmap: hypothesize, execute, and report on learnings.

- Translate complex data sets into "Creative Briefs" for future campaigns.

Conduct competitor and audience research to find gaps in our current messaging strategy.

A "Left-Brain/Right-Brain" Hybrid: You love the thrill of a perfect headline, but you get just as much satisfaction from a winning spreadsheet.

Data-Literate: You are comfortable with analytics tools and understand how to interpret a funnel.

Iterative Mindset: You don't take "losing" tests personally; you see them as data points to find the next "winner."

Strategic Storyteller: You understand the customer journey and know that a "Buy Now" button requires a different tone than an educational blog post.

 

🌟Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in copywriting (Direct Response or Performance Marketing preferred).

- Proven experience using data to drive creative decisions (be ready to share examples of how a metric changed your writing style).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, testing-heavy environment.
