Principal Responsibilities
- Supports an Account Team in the management of a book of business.
- Conducts thorough reviews of insurance policies, binders and quotes: meticulously examine endorsements and/or amendments to coverage forms, ensuring alignment with negotiated terms and conditions.
- Gathers and analyzes renewal information: organize and present information for marketing submissions and clients’ proposals.
- Creates comparison schedules to support the team in evaluating insurance options for clients.
- Assists in managing client documents, including endorsements, program schematics, client schedules, pricing pages, audits, transmittals, etc.
- Participates in creating pre-renewal and renewal presentations tailored for clients.
- May attend meetings with clients, insurance carriers, etc.
Other Functions
- Maintains accurate electronic and paper files that conform to company standards
- Ensures accuracy of account data and input into the agency management system
Requirements
- Risk Management major preferred.
- Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, flexible, able to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency required in Microsoft products; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.
Working Conditions
Office environment with moderate noise level; Able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong buildings and client work sites when needed.
Effective June 1st 2026, the pay rate for this role is $25 per hour.
