Position: Learning & Development Intern
Summary: Supports the Human Resource, Learning and Development team in designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining employee learning programs and professional development initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fostering employee growth, coordinating training sessions, maintaining learning materials, working in the Learning Management System (LMS), and contributing to organizational efficiency. The intern will work closely with the learning and development team to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate instructors, attendees, and logistics for, workshops, and webinars.
- Support follow up meetings for training programs to evaluate effectiveness and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the training teams to organize technical and professional development training sessions.
- Maintain and update, training materials, procedures, and job aids to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Assist in communicating professional development opportunities.
- Proactively contributes to training and quality management initiatives to promote employee expertise and efficiency.
- Participate in various projects to support organizational growth and employee development.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and organizing training materials.
- Work in the Learning Management System to upload and organize content.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented - pays close attention to all the small particulars when working on a task or project
- Great follow up skills - has demonstrated ability to purse ongoing projects to keep tasks moving along to completion
- Problem solving – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
- Interpersonal Skills – maintains confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
- Written Communication – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality

Working Conditions
- Office environment with moderate noise level
Effective June 1st, 2026, the pay rate for this role is $25 per hour.
