The Brand Marketing team develops and executes marketing initiatives that work to position Constant Contact in the market, and build awareness of our brand amongst consumers and potential customers. The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager will play an integral role on the team by managing strategic brand activities such as events, activations, partnerships and other sponsorship opportunities that support the brand through building awareness on and off-line. We are looking for a detail oriented, creative thinker for this exciting role. The ideal candidate has education or real-world experience related to consumer or small business marketing and has a strong ability to juggle many responsibilities of competing priority at the same time.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful customer and partner focused events that inspire, engage, and drive business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end event management, including concept development, program design, content coordination, budget oversight, vendor management, and measurement.
- Establish scalable event frameworks, playbooks, and processes to support global consistency and local execution.
- Represent the brand through interacting with customers, partners and prospects at selected events.
- Understand the small business and key vertical industry events landscape, keep a pulse on industry trends and provide recommendations for new opportunities to grow brand awareness through partnerships, events and activations.
- Identify key internal stakeholders and coordinate support for events through collaboration with other teams such as sales, support, creative and marketing.
- Maintain a calendar for confirmed events and activations.
- Define and track success for events and communicate progress clearly with cross-functional teams, leaders and stakeholders.
Who you are:
- Bachelor degree, with 8+ years of brand marketing experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; 3-5 years of event planning experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously; comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders. Experience working with an agency (internal or external) is a plus.
- Comfortable with data and making recommendations based on what you learn.
- Proven ability to both identify opportunities and drive action to pursue those opportunities.
- Strong collaborator with track-record of results working cross-functionally with a team of peers spanning multiple functions.
- Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help and communicate up to keep leadership & key stakeholders informed
- Outstanding flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability.
- You take pride in your work, have a sense of humor and enjoy being a part of a fun, collaborative team.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
- Ability to set up or teardown at events including lifting boxes, assembling smaller displays, moving or packing materials.
The ideal candidate should be based in Boston, MA or the Greater Boston area and be able to commute to the Waltham office one day per week.

$102,800 - $128,500 USD
