About the Role

We're looking for a strategic Technical Brand Designer to join our growing Creative Team—someone who not only understands exceptional design, but also has a genuine curiosity for how AI can be utilized within design practices.

You'll craft multi-channel creative across legacy automotive brands such as BMW, Land Rover, Hyundai, and Volkswagen, while working closely with our Product and Tech teams to continue building on products leveraging proprietary technology. This is not your typical design role. It sits at the intersection of AI optimization and a high-volume systems approach.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our headquarters at One World Trade Center, with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What You'll Do

  • Creative Development & Execution: Design high-performing assets across channels, including paid social, display, and video with a focus on platform usage.
  • AI-Powered Design Implementation: Adopt the use of Constellation's proprietary technology to create scalable visuals that feel elevated and brand compliant. Help determine how AI and creativity co-exist in daily workflows.
  • Template-Driven System Design: Develop modular design systems for multi-brand clients that strike a balance between creative freedom and brand compliance, particularly in regulated industries such as automotive.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold (and push) brand guidelines across every execution. Maintain consistency while building variety across format and funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our platform team, product managers, and strategists to evolve our creative engine and user workflows. Constructive feedback is critical to how we improve our platform.

Who You Are

  • 3–4 years of design experience in a fast-paced agency or multi-disciplinary environment
  • Comfortable presenting design work within existing and new tools, both across the team and to clients
  • Proficient in both Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experienced creating scalable design systems and reusable components across channels and platforms to reduce manual work throughout production cycles
  • Portfolio showcasing digital and brand collateral that balances craft, clarity, and storytelling
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills, with interest in growing in this area over time
  • Comfortable both delivering and receiving feedback across Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams
  • Experiments with AI tools for concepting (e.g. Claude, Veo, Flow) to rapidly build moodboards and design frameworks
  • Thinks about the big picture for messaging and design, understanding how they ladder up to a full campaign or brand identity
  • Excited to be at the forefront of AI integration in industries like Automotive and Life Sciences

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Casual in-office dress code
  • Competitive 401(k) plan with company match
  • Commuter and Parking Benefits
  • Paid Family Leave
  • Uber Eats stipend, free snacks, and beverages
  • Wellness programs and employee perks

Compensation

NY Pay Range: $90,000 – $100,000

Final package commensurate with experience. Includes base salary, equity options, and benefits.

Constellation is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. If you require accommodation during the interview process, please let us know.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
