We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to help us grow our software customer base of General Contractors. You will paired with our SDR team to pursue leads and turn them to opportunities. You will also be responsible for Constrafor's platform aspects and conducting meaningful discovery calls and highlighting our software platform's benefits. In this role, you’ll be responsible for applying an understanding of Constrafor's products, sales processes, and prospecting techniques, while selling to the General Contractor customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the number of General Contractors that are engaged with our platform. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, discovering client pain points and objections, and closing deals with key decision-makers.  

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct heavy outbound prospecting to enterprise general contractors through cold calls, emails, and industry events.
  • Build a solid revenue pipeline by setting discovery meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Hubspot.
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.

📈 Qualifications:

  • 3+ year B2B Enterprise SaaS software sales experience, preferably within the construction industry. 
  • Resourcefulness and results-driven operating style.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency with different sales tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Competitive base salary of $80,000-$90,000. OTE: $185,000
