As the Director of Account Management, you will lead Constrafor’s efforts to strengthen relationships with subcontractors participating in our Early Pay Program. In this role, you will be responsible for driving contractor participation, expanding and managing the portfolio through referrals, and delivering consultative financial solutions to our customers. You will closely work with the account management team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and training needed to succeed. This includes setting and tracking clear KPIs, mentoring team members to enhance performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. You will work closely with your team to develop streamlined engagement processes, identify growth opportunities, and optimize customer onboarding and retention strategies.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage and build strong relationships with participating Contractors.
  • Cultivate and expand the use of Early Pay Program on active projects.
  • Manage and grow a book of business.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Act as an ambassador of Constrafor and insure that our clients are maximizing on their partnership with us.
  • Refine performance metrics for the account management team and ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress.
  • Work closely with sales, credit, and product teams to ensure a positive customer experience and alignment.

📈 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct sales or account management experience in a B2B environment. 
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service while having a strong emphasis on growth.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading a team of account managers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to scale with the organization.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight.
  • Exposure to supply chain financing or account receivable financing is a strong plus.
  • Quick adaptability within a dynamic sales program.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to effectively engage with clients.

  • Competitive base salary of $120,000-$130,000.
