With over $30 million of VC financing, we are forging the path for construction innovation. Join us on our mission to advance the largest industry in the world.

We are looking for a Field Partner Manager with construction experience who is eager to step into a sales-driven role and help grow our customer base of subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of construction workflows and subcontractor needs, who is passionate about helping subcontractors grow by providing access to working capital—even without prior sales experience.

As a Field Partner Manager, you will be out in the field, visiting construction sites, building relationships with subcontractors, and introducing them to Constrafor’s Early-Pay-Program – an accelerated payment solution designed for subcontractors, enabling them to receive payment within 48 hours of invoice approval, thereby improving cash flow and financial stability. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, educating subcontractors on our solutions, and helping them onboard seamlessly. Your goal is to drive adoption of our financial services by leveraging your construction knowledge and building trust with our partners.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with subcontractors by visiting construction businesses, trade events, and industry gatherings.
  • Develop relationships with subcontractors and other industry professionals to understand their pain points and demonstrate how Constrafor can help.
  • Educate and onboard subcontractors onto Constrafor’s Early-Pay-Program, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively introducing Constrafor to key subcontractors and industry players.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your construction background to tailor solutions to each subcontractor’s needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new users.
  • Track engagement metrics and maintain accurate records of outreach and conversions.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies, incorporating feedback from the field to improve engagement.

📈 Qualifications:

  • Construction experience required—whether as a field supervisor, project manager, estimator, or other role.
  • No prior sales experience is required, but must be comfortable in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and educate subcontractors about new tools and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to job sites and engage with subcontractors in person.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and mobile applications for tracking interactions and managing relationships.
  • A passion for helping subcontractors improve efficiency and grow their businesses through technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and an engaging communication style.

💼 What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $80,000-$90,000 OTE: $180,000
  • Remote work with 80% travel within your respective region.
  • Uncapped commission structure based on new customer acquisition.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth startup.
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Generous PTO Plan.
  • A collaborative and fast-moving work culture where your impact is valued.
  • Opportunities for career growth in sales, partnerships, or customer success.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
