Job Summary:
Support the sales team by creating proposals, tracking the cost of a project, understanding customer specifications, and proposing a final price for a project. Job will also require reporting of weekly project bidding as well as supporting certain other aspects of projects awarded.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Weekly bid schedule using Excel
Weekly project bidding / take offs
Creating labeled and organized bid folders for all projects
Project submittals (new and revised) with Bluebeam software
Change orders for returned/revised submittals
RFI reviews/responses
Addendum reviews

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment
Onsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Estimator position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
