Recruiter
Summary/Objective
The Recruiter plays a critical role in driving the company’s talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent. This position supports full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple departments and locations, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruiter will also contribute to employment branding, talent pipeline development, and hiring process improvements.
- Essential Functions
Full-Cycle Recruiting Duties - Manage job requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
- Develop and post job advertisements across internal and external platforms
- Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview logistics
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and guide on selection decisions
- Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation strategy and internal equity
- Maintain data accuracy and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Reporting & Process Optimization
- Track recruiting metrics and produce reports related to time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and source effectiveness
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, social campaigns, and referral programs
- Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure recruiting processes are compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Maintain documentation for audits and reporting purposes
- Stay current on recruiting trends, best practices, and regulatory updates
- Special projects as assigned related to recruiting initiatives
- Competencies/Skills/Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Creative sourcing abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to contribute ideas for improving recruiting strategies and processes
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office or hybrid setting. Occasional travel to career fairs, hiring events, or company locations may be required.
