Executive Assistant
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to C-suite executives, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and operational priorities. This role demands discretion, agility, and a deep understanding of organizational goals. The EA acts as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of C-suite executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality.
- Facilitate board and leadership communications, including meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and delegation where appropriate.
- Support strategic initiatives by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain organized systems for document management, expense reporting, and project tracking.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Represent the executive office with professionalism and tact in all interactions.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experience managing confidential projects and sensitive communications.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
