Fusion/Saber Saw Operator – Construction Resources Surfaces (Decatur, GA)

Overview
Construction Resources Surfaces is looking for a reliable, detail‑focused individual to join our fabrication team as a Fusion/Saber Saw Operator. This position involves working with automated cutting equipment to support the processing of stone and surface materials for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a Fusion/Saber automated saw system
• Review job specifications and follow production requirements to ensure accurate cuts
• Assist with staging materials before cutting and organizing completed pieces afterward
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide general support to shop operations as needed

Qualifications

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or machine operation
• Ability to learn and operate automated or computer‑assisted machinery
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and committed to consistent attendance

Work Environment
This role is based in our Decatur, Georgia facility and involves hands‑on work with stone materials and industrial cutting equipment.
