Job Title: Workday Practice Lead
Department: Workday Services Team
Reports to: ConsultNet COO
Location: Remote – Preference for San Francisco, Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Salt Lake City, Denver, Dallas
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Practice Lead to spearhead our Workday solutions practice. This role will focus on building and expanding relationships with Workday and its clients by delivering ConsultNet services for Workday Projects and Managed Services support. The ideal candidate will be an in-house Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in Technology Software Solutions and Staffing, as well as proven executive sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with the Workday sales organization to track and engage with both net new and existing customers.
- Align closely with Workday Account Executives to co-sell Workday products.
- Sales / Business Development:
- Identify and establish relationships with key contacts at Workday to explore and execute revenue-generating opportunities.
- Drive account planning and execution strategies to expand ConsultNet's footprint in the Workday ecosystem.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as the in-house Workday SME, effectively articulating the value of Workday products and how ConsultNet can deliver unique value and differentiation.
- Stay current with Workday product developments, certifications, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Client Engagement:
- Present Workday solutions confidently to C-level executives and other decision-makers.
- Customize ConsultNet's service offerings to meet specific client needs within the Workday ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Sales experience in Technology Software Solutions and Staffing.
- Proven success in strategic account planning and execution.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and Workday partners.
- Preferred strong understanding of Workday platform and ecosystem.
