OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a mission-minded product analyst to join our Innovation Lab Product R&D Team—a fast-moving, cross-functional group responsible for building AskCR.
AskCR is a pro-consumer, expert-backed AI that offers advice using CR’s trusted information. We areone of the only AI-powered experiences backed by over 100 human experts, and incentivized to deliver on a consumer-first mission.
As the Product Analyst on the AskCR team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling an AI product rooted in institutional integrity, human expertise, and consumer protection. You’ll create workflows and internal tools that spark a two-way feedback loop between CR’s experts and our audience—transforming expert insights into new product priorities, and user insights into actionable guidance for our researchers and journalists. You’ll wield qualitative, quantitative, and program management skills to unlock insights from conversational data, user feedback, and product usage data at scale.
Your work will ensure AskCR grows and succeeds against an increasingly saturated backdrop of AI answer engines and shopping tools, all while remaining trustworthy, differentiated, and fiercely pro-consumer. It’s a rare opportunity to work on an in-market, purpose-driven product connecting dots between users, experts, and product teams.
