OVERVIEW
CR’s Enterprise & Strategy team is the driving force behind our organization. This team leads our strategic vision and planning, overseeing initiatives that enhance our operational effectiveness, drive impact for consumers, improve the marketplace, and position CR for long term success.
As Director, Enterprise Planning and Performance, you’ll be the architect and operator of CR’s enterprise planning and performance management system — the engine that keeps strategy, execution, and accountability aligned. You’ll translate the organization’s strategic priorities into clear, measurable objectives and build the frameworks that track progress, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role partners closely with senior leadership, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure CR’s goals are not only well-defined but can be implemented — linking strategic ambition with operational discipline. You’ll shape how CR plans, measures, and manages performance across the enterprise, enabling better decisions, stronger execution, and greater impact for consumers.
If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and impact—and want your work to matter to millions of consumers—you’ll feel at home here.
This position is hybrid. Candidates should reside within 75 miles of Yonkers, NY. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
How You'll Make An Impact
You will lead the processes, frameworks, and rhythms that keep CR’s strategy on track and moving forward. On a regular basis, you may:
- Lead enterprise planning and performance cycles—including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning—to align goals, resources, and outcomes.
- Establish clear frameworks and governance for setting, tracking, and reporting on organizational priorities.
- Partner with Finance and other business units to link planning to budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
- Own enterprise KPIs and dashboards in partnership with cross-functional teams, surfacing insights to drive accountability and action.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to identify where strategic pivots, reallocation, or operational shifts are needed.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team on enterprise effectiveness, operating cadence, and strategy execution.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll Be Highly Rated If You:
- Have proven experience leading strategic or operational planning processes in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Can combine strong systems thinking with executional rigor—and are able to see the big picture and manage the details.
- Are fluent in performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, balanced scorecards) and enterprise dashboards.
- Excel at organization, communication, and influencing without formal authority.
- Thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
You’ll Be One Of Our Top Picks If You:
- Have deep experience in strategic planning, operations, or business management, ideally in a complex or mission-driven organization.
- Bring strong financial and analytical acumen, and are comfortable using modern planning, data and dashboard tools (e.g., AI-enabled platforms, modeling software).
