About the job - Senior Product Manager 

Join the Product team, where you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering ContactMonkey’s product strategy as we move up market into the Enterprise space. 

In this role you will report to our Chief Product Officer and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to build innovative solutions that address customer pain points and drive business impact. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and execution excellence to ensure we deliver high-value features that improve internal communications and employee engagement.

Your impact

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and adoption.
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor, coaching peers on product management best practices, methodologies, and processes.
  • Establish and refine data-driven decision-making frameworks to measure feature adoption, usage, and success metrics.
  • Lead customer discovery efforts, ensuring that internal communications and employee engagement challenges are well understood and addressed.
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers to gather insights, iterate on product offerings, and support sales efforts.
  • Ensure product decisions align with the realities of how businesses use Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, optimizing integration and user experience.

About you

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS Product Management: You have 5+ years of experience in B2B productivity SaaS platforms, preferably in internal communications, email marketing, or employee engagement software.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Awareness: You understand how businesses utilize Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams and can leverage this knowledge to inform product decisions.
  • Customer-Focused: You thrive on deeply understanding user needs and solving real-world problems for internal communicators and HR teams.
  • Methodology-Driven: You have experience in data-driven product management practices and enjoy refining processes to optimize execution.
  • Strong Collaborator: You work effectively with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, aligning efforts to maximize impact.
  • Metrics-Oriented: You leverage data to guide decisions, assess feature performance, and drive improvements.
  • Craft-Oriented Product Leader: You enjoy leading by influence, developing best practices, and fostering excellence within the team.
  • Communication & Influence: You can clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and priorities to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

How you can stand out

  • Experience working in an internal communications or employee engagement SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with email campaign tools, intranet platforms, or workforce analytics.
  • Exposure to AI-driven personalization or automation for employee communications.
  • You are someone who is passionate about perfecting their craft, mentoring peers, and establishing best practices and methodologies.
  • You enjoy deep focus on product execution and continuous improvement rather than pursuit of a management track.
