Unlike a traditional agency, we act as an extension to a brand's in-house team or as a recognized partner for agencies that don't have a large media team. In your role as a Senior Consultant in the Technology & Data practice, you will work with blue-chip clients to help them understand, audit, and improve their adtech and martech stacks. You will deliver media and data engineering projects for major brands, managing the entire ETL process. You will be an expert in aspects of the major adtech and martech platforms, with an understanding of how Apple and Google's policies affect the ecosystem. Additionally, you will have an understanding of the latest global legislations, including GDPR and CCPA, and how they relate to the industry.

What You Will do

Understand and prioritize Client needs across customer data, MarTech, AdTech, digital media and analytics. Engage Clients with advanced, solution-focused discussions to effectively translate business goals into data, technology and analytics specifications. Exhibiting strong knowledge of marketing and advertising technologies, you will understand their differentiation and Client use case applications. You will have a robust understanding of how customer data is collected and utilized within a business, including tag management, privacy, consent and identity resolution. You will leverage understanding of best-in-class measurement and analytics methodologies as well as the appropriate platforms and environments in which to render them. 

Independently crafting compelling presentations, architectures and models, you will build upon established examples to create more sophisticated and impactful content, and lead presentations within your area of expertise, demonstrating the ability to address a broader range of Client questions. You will develop and maintain effective communication with Clients, delivering updates and managing expectations. Taking a proactive role in identifying and resolving problems, you will contribute to Project success. You will manage and own assessment or implementation Projects within your area of expertise, demonstrating a higher level of responsibility and analytical skill.

Managing and executing tasks with a high degree of autonomy, you will ensure deliverables are achieved on time and exceed quality expectations. You will effectively manage Projects, ensuring goals are met while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction, showing advancement in project leadership and communication skills. Critically evaluating and refining content, you will enhance information structure and clarity to significantly improve quality.

Comfortable with having incomplete information, you will demonstrate how to model in the absence of concrete data points. Exhibiting strong adaptability, you will take initiative in the face of project shifts and contribute innovative solutions. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance Project outcomes.

You will continue professional growth through targeted learning, sharing knowledge with junior team members. Demonstrating a high level of expertise in your domain, you will also have a good understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem.

You will strategically manage and expand Client relationships, playing a key role in business development and Client satisfaction.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience with the following:
    • Data products in marketing, ad-tech, media, or platform development.
    • Executing and/or leading digital marketing programs/transformations for top digital marketing agencies/consultancies, internet companies or client marketing organizations
    • Delivering appropriate audience segments for campaign targeting via 1PD/2PD/3PD
    • Measuring digital campaigns across a variety of digital platforms using various measurement frameworks to deliver ROAS optimization, digital media planning, tracking and conversion, and funnel optimization
  • First-hand technical knowledge in all (or nearly all) digital marketing disciplines: Search engine marketing, display, CTV, social media), email marketing
  • Experience in leading campaign operations across multiple channels and products, preferable in e-commerce, marketplace or e-commerce arm of a retail company
  • Experience utilizing first and third-party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, personalization, and attribution
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools such as: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely etc.
  • Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, with hands on experience with bid managers, ad servers, DSPs and an advanced knowledge of complementary marketing technologies such as CDPs, DMPs, decision engines etc.
  • Worked cross-functionally with marketing, media, engineering, design, product, and analytics stakeholders to deliver products and services.
  • Owned AdTech/MarTech and/or Data & Analytics roadmap strategy, feature delivery, negotiating tradeoffs. 
  • Experience in converting technical domain knowledge into non-technical narratives and presentations.

  • Strong coaching mindset, ability to train and develop team members into product roles, and understanding of a modern organizational structure
  • Knowledge of building products leveraging cloud computing big data, data science and advanced analytics strongly preferred
  • Strategy-oriented, with deep expertise in business and wide knowledge in enterprise management and superior level of problem solving 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of non-technical and low technology literacy stakeholders and customers

Education:

    • University degree in computer science, business, information technology, human centered design, or other technical disciplines or an MBA
