As our Venues Diary Manager, you’ll be the strategic brain behind our venue schedules—ensuring our spaces are booked smartly, efficiently, and in line with commercial goals. Think of it as strategic Tetris, but with high-impact events and world-class venues. You’ll work closely with our Regional Revenue Manager, bringing sharp planning, smart optimisation, and a passion for continuous improvement to the table.

The Day Job:
- Fully own calendar management for a portfolio of dynamic venues in Central London by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to maximise space utilisation
- Optimise booking windows to ensure revenue maximisation per property
- Pinpoint strategic space upgrade opportunities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to convert enquiries into bookings, optimising yield and meeting financial targets
- Uphold data integrity across the team through the implementation of accurate information in line with protocols
- Educate the team on diary management best practices, ensuring protocol and system compliance
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in diary management, particularly within the hospitality or events industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically about diary utilisation
- Ability to foster strong team relationships and mentor others to excel in diary management
- Proficiency in diary management and/or booking systems, including MS Excel (required) and Salesforce (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
