We’re seeking a WorkPlace Sales Executive to join our WorkPlace Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business relationships and driving revenue across all properties in CHG’s NYC portfolio, in alignment with the company's growth strategy. We need someone who can effectively engage with our clients and build meaningful relationships. The WorkPlace Sales Executive is based in New York and will report directly to the Senior Director of WorkPlace Sales. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for closing new and renewing existing private office clients in small suites in NYC
    • Will receive all inbound leads that meet this criteria, run full sales cycles and tours, work closely with Operations, and WorkPlace Production
    • Responsible for renewing existing clients in small suites
    • Will work closely with the Senior NYC salesperson + broker partners on strategies to fill these suites for the best possible rate
  • Responsible for supporting the Senior NYC Seller with site tours 
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of CHG products, locations, and competitors
  • Work efficiently within CRM + tools
  • Conduct and coordinate thorough site inspections, virtual tours, and demos, client appointments
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to complete transactions
  • Maintain and grow current and prospective clients and referral partners
  • Generate, negotiate, and close agreements to client specifications while adhering to internal pricing guidelines
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the competitive set and relationships with counterparts
  • Prospect clients in downtime; occasionally attend trade shows, receptions, and informational sessions to prospect for new business
  • Reach and exceed budgeted goals per quarter and year

What We Look For:

  • Minimum 2+ years high volume sales experience in a closing role; hospitality, co-working/flex space experience a plus
  • Experienced in utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Detailed oriented 
  • Ability to work quickly and flexibly in a dynamic environment

  • Located in the New York City metropolitan area and able to work in person in our NY properties on a regular basis

Compensation:

Salary Min: $70,000 Salary Max: $90,000

This role is also eligible for Convene's sales commission program. 

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
