Media Operations Specialist (Associate) 

Supporting our Media Operations functions, including:
Taxonomy Creation - QR Code Creation - Developing Program and Product Codes for TV - Creative Trafficking - Audience Uploads within media buying platforms - QA of campaigns (placement, creative, audience, URLs, tagging) prior to launch - Asset Expiration - Generate ad previews - General tech troubleshooting.

Top Skills in Order of Preference

• Extremely detail oriented and organized, and effectively communicate
o Most of the nature of this role will be a niche skillset to almost anyone who would likely apply. Those skill sets are easy enough to grasp if this is a characteristic of the candidate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
o Advanced formula and data manipulation not necessary but a candidate would be a success if the team did not have to explain navigating basic Excel functions.
• Experience working in an environment that is high volume as well as dependent on accuracy.

Candidate Profile
Most Ideal Candidate
Someone with roughly 2 years of experience in ad operations, with experience specific to the following AdTech tools:
• CM360
• DV360
• Meta Business Manager
• The Trade Desk
• Yahoo’s DSP
• Amazon’s DSP
• TikTok (for Advertisers)

The ideal candidate would also have extensive knowledge in Excel in terms of more advanced formulas (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables, calculated fields, etc.) in addition to possession the top 3 hard skills outlined.

Daily Support:
• Maintenance of aligning our internal documents against our tools that live within the Google Marketing Platform stack
• Quality checks via Looker Studio to ensure default ads are not firing
• Checking budgets in the various advertising platforms to ensure the flight is fully funded.
• Trafficking in CM360 and in-platform implementation of upcoming initiatives.
• Assist the Media Operations team in researching news in the AdTech space.
