Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electronic Health Records/Health IT Account System Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and maintaining our EHR systems, ensuring seamless integration of technology in our business processes. With a work schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 telework day, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in recognized Electronic Health Record systems and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and quantify IT risk factors for EHR application security and infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion per requests.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Permissions, and PC refresh and software installations.
• Inventory and software management using Asset Panda.
• Receive and transfer inventory to maintain accurate records.
• Provide Tier III support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Apply OS patches, upgrades, and configure system software as necessary.
• Maintain operational procedures and perform periodic performance reporting.
• Conduct hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required.
• Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies regarding system updates and issues.

Required Skills:

• Experience with a recognized Electronic Health Record System.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft OS, MS Office, and software management tools.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working knowledge of Keystone Edge, DocuSign, VITA Remote tools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN access.
• Ability to diagnose and recover from hardware or software failures.
• Experience in managing and upgrading IT infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
