Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and optimizing custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aiming to enhance process efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications using ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide API.
• Create and manage workflows, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, including user management, instance upgrades, and module configurations such as CMDB, Incident, and Change Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and data exchange tools.
• Utilize Flow Designer and Studio for process automation.
• Design user-friendly and scalable service catalogs.
• Create dashboards and produce meaningful insights through Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams to streamline processes.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning to adapt to evolving ServiceNow features.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API with 4-6 years of experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow scripting on both server and client-side.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in process flow analysis and understanding of broader business processes.
• Experience with Esri JavaScript API, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Application Developer certification preferred.
• Hands-on project experience with ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
