Summary: This position is responsible for the full systems development life cycle management of projects and programs. This role provides strategic direction for technical and business resources, participates in long-range strategy planning, and manages policy development to address complex business issues. As the primary point of contact from project inception to delivery, you will lead cross-functional teams and manage the project management infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full systems development life cycle of projects/programs.
• Provide leadership and direction for technical and business resources.
• Participate in long-range strategic planning and policy development.
• Serve as the primary contact for project/program inception to delivery.
• Define and develop project management infrastructure and methodologies.
• Monitor and control the quality of deliverables through customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with business unit managers to form alliances on projects and operational decisions.
• Manage scheduling requirements/conflicts and vendor contract clarification.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
• Advanced knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, and project management.
• Senior level management experience in systems analysis and applications development.
• Proven ability to influence senior level management and key stakeholders.
• Experience in providing strategic direction and mentoring junior management or senior technical staff.
• Accountable for IT functional/departmental results.
