Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist to lead the development, customization, and administration of our Salesforce platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure smooth system operations, and drive strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce environment, enhancing user experience, and ensuring robust security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, and automated processes.
• Facilitate system integrations and contribute to development efforts using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design strategic improvements.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and integration diagrams.
• Lead deployment processes across different environments using CI/CD tools.
• Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards through code reviews.
• Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce-related support and escalations.
• Participate in or lead projects involving Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in designing Salesforce applications, preferably for Government clients.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to meet cybersecurity and non-functional requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• References from similar projects in recent years.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
