Summary:

Join our innovative company specializing in data, analytics, and intelligent robotic processes as a Senior AI Developer. Your mission will be to enhance user engagement by developing AI agents capable of providing personalized assistance, answering FAQs, and delivering bespoke content.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI agents using platforms like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar.
• Integrate AI agents seamlessly into our website front-end (JavaScript/HTML) and/or back-end.
• Customize AI responses to align with our Travelocity brand and user needs.
• Test, debug, and optimize AI agents for smooth performance.
• Provide documentation and guidance for future maintenance.
• Deliver AI agent integration, testing, and documentation.
• Design and develop robust AI agents using Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Evaluate third-party models and services, understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver effective agent solutions.
• Maintain and improve a platform for evaluating AI agents.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to standard development practices using tools like Git and Confluence.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI systems to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills:

• Experience developing/integrating AI/chatbot agents into websites.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Python, or relevant web technologies.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, etc.).
• Proficiency in Agentic.AI OR Crew.AI.
• Ability to customize AI models through prompt engineering or fine-tuning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
