Summary:
The Senior .NET Developer will play a critical role in a dynamic application development team, focusing on the development and maintenance of systems using advanced technologies. This role involves engaging with modern development tools such as Visual Studio 2019, TFS, DevOps, ASP.Net MVC, and more, and requires a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications utilizing best industry practices.
- Work with the latest development technologies including Visual Studio, ASP.Net MVC, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine technology solutions and execute development tasks.
- Lead application development projects, providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Develop and execute unit and system tests to ensure software quality.
- Engage in agile development processes and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Ensure application security and data protection measures are adhered to.
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented programming principles and agile application development techniques.
- Proficiency in relational database design and data processing, with skills in Oracle and/or SQL Server.
- Experience with data privacy and protection initiatives.
- Excellent ability to interpret technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements.
- Strong skills in using source code configuration management tools such as Team Foundation Server/DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience developing .NET web applications and utilizing relational databases.
- Advanced knowledge of programming using C#, and development techniques such as MVP, MVC, and SPA.
- Experience with front-end technologies including bootstrap, Knockout, WebApi, Angular, Typescript, and JavaScript.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field.
Job Related Requirements:
- A Level 2 background check and Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) clearance are mandatory.
- The position is eligible for overtime and may require occasional work outside regular business hours.

- The selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.
- Applicants will undergo a fingerprint-based background investigation, with fingerprints retained for FBI checks.
