Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Product Engineer, where you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative software or hardware products. You will translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions and participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing and evolving our products to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software or hardware products based on customer and business requirements.
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration.
  • Develop design specifications and parameters in compliance with architectural blueprints.
  • Research, evaluate, and incorporate new technologies and tools to enhance the development process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and respond to product improvement suggestions.
  • Assist in the development of product user manuals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the high-tech industry, product engineering, and/or IT.
  • Experience working on medium to highly complex assignments.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects as a team member and occasionally as a technical leader.
  • Capability to coach and guide junior technical staff.
