Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Risk Management Manager responsible for implementing and integrating risk management procedures across the enterprise. This role is crucial in maintaining key IT services to reduce financial loss and ensure critical customer service capabilities. The successful candidate will develop and oversee business continuance procedures, respond to system failures, and establish processes to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and integrate risk management procedures across the enterprise.
• Ensure monitoring and testing of business continuance procedures.
• Respond proactively to system failures and build processes to minimize downtime.
• Develop service level risk management agreements with the business and vendors.
• Manage and mentor supervisors, project leads, and technical staff.
• Lead multiple, complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert.
• Report to senior management, such as a corporate risk management officer or Chief Information Officer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT and business work experience, including managing large-scale IT infrastructure and support functions.
• Experience in risk management, process re-engineering, or improvement.
• Experience managing teams and projects.
• Middle-level management experience, working under general direction of senior management.
