The Role:

CookUnity for Business is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hot Food Delivery Concierge to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of our hot meals to corporate clients. You will be more than a delivery driver – you will represent CookUnity for Business and play a key role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and food quality.

Pay will start at $20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance, and various other opportunities for growth. This will be a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport hot meals from our kitchen to business locations.
• Ensure food remains hot and properly handled during transit.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting courteously with clients.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and handle any required paperwork.
• Adhere to company safety and food handling protocols.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, kitchen staff, and customers regarding delivery updates or issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's New York driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Own vehicle with insurance
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to handle food safely and knowledge of food safety regulations, or ability to learn
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (lifting from 75-100 pounds and carrying items up and down flights of stairs)

Preferred requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to execute detailed processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in delivery or courier services preferred: 1-2 years experience preferred
