Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment associates, providing direction, training, and support to ensure daily targets are met.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and sealing, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Pick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheets, ensuring all items are accurate and correctly prepared.
- Palletize completed orders to prepare them for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Provide regular performance feedback to team members, conduct performance reviews, and support career development and growth.
- Work closely with market leadership to achieve key performance results, such as order accuracy and shipping timelines.
- Ensure our fulfillment rooms are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for the team.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or pick/pack operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen management principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality and service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience in operating a pallet jack preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Pay Range for this position
$22 - $24 USD
