About the Team:

At CookUnity, the Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive organic growth through brand awareness and earn loyalty beyond reason. This team sets the vision and strategy for the brand and brings it to life with strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural relevance. Through insight-inspired, data-led brand storytelling and experiences, CookUnity’s Brand Marketing team will build a category-defining brand loved by an entire generation of foodies.

The role:

CookUnity is seeking an experienced and versatile Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing Brand team at an exciting moment of expansion. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies as we broaden our presence across new channels, scale our content and social media efforts, and increase brand visibility within the category. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of tactical expertise in strategic thinking and cross-channel execution capabilities, with a particularly strong fluency in organic social.

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will take high-level strategies and transform them into actionable campaigns, managing projects from planning through execution. You'll contribute as both a hands-on individual contributor and a strategic leader for key programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

You will work closely with internal teams such as Product, Growth, Social Media, Content and PR, as well as external agencies to deliver exceptional creative work. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director. This is a full time, hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality output in collaboration with program managers and creative teams.
  • Drive programs across various marketing channels with a focus on social media, experiential, and content marketing to maximize brand impact.
  • Oversee day-to-day creative execution with internal teams and/or agencies, ensuring alignment on objectives, clear communication, and timely delivery of assets.
  • Establish campaign targets, track performance, and lead post-mortem analyses to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure all programs align with broader brand measurement goals.
  • Oversee organic social channel in partnership with content production teams and freelance social support to build an integrated content roadmap that supports growth and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the influencer and partnerships team to identify and recruit new partners and influencers to support brand initiatives.
  • Align with cross-functional teams (brand marketing, growth, product, content) to ensure consistent visibility, support, and resource allocation across all brand initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with strong expertise in social media strategy and management.
  • Experience working with premium consumer brands, technology startups, or in the hospitality, retail, or CPG sectors.
  • Proven success developing and executing communication programs that drive brand growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
  • A growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort with working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities with a focus on details and deadlines.
  • Passionate about brand marketing and eager to learn and grow in a rapidly scaling organization.

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Pay Range for this position

$100,000 - $102,000 USD
