About the Role

We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and analytically minded operator to join our B2B team as Chief of Staff to the Head of B2B. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter with both high IQ and EQ, capable of translating strategic ideas into clear actions and measurable outcomes. You’ll act as a force multiplier and trusted partner—leading critical initiatives, streamlining operations, and helping unlock scale for one of the most exciting growth areas in our business.

Whether you're an ambitious early-career professional or a mid-level operator with experience across startups, consulting, or high-growth teams, this role will position you to directly shape the evolution of our B2B business and grow into a future leadership role.


Key Responsibilities

Lead & Execute Strategic Initiatives

  • Take ownership of cross-functional B2B projects and drive them from planning through delivery
  • Tackle ambiguous business challenges by structuring them, analyzing options, and executing solutions
  • Partner with the Head of B2B to translate strategy into action plans, systems, and accountability mechanisms
  • Build data-driven systems to track performance and tie strategic efforts to measurable business outcomes

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Design effective operating rhythms—workflows, dashboards, cadences—to improve team performance
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement tools and processes to improve team velocity
  • Lead the integration of AI tools, automations, and systems to reduce manual work and enhance productivity
  • Support the Head of B2B in team enablement, culture building, and people management efforts

Support Communication, Enablement & Onboarding

  • Draft internal communications, project briefs, team updates, and executive-ready materials
  • Curate and review key business deliverables—decks, landing pages, sales materials—for consistency, clarity, and impact
  • Help prepare board updates, OKRs, and alignment artifacts
  • Support the onboarding of new B2B team members with structured ramp-up processes and access to team context

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • 2–5 years of experience in startups, consulting, VC-backed companies, or similar high-performance environments
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives independently and thrive in fast-paced, evolving contexts
  • Experience working with or directly supporting executive leadership
  • Background in leveraging AI tools or modern platforms for productivity is a strong plus

Skills & Tools

  • Sharp business acumen with a bias toward action and clarity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inform
  • Strong project management skills, with fluency in tools like Notion, Slack, Google Suite, and automation platforms
  • Data literacy and comfort using metrics and dashboards to inform decisions and track progress

  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal agility; able to navigate complex team dynamics and foster trust
