Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure top-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize installation projects.
- Ensure that installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC installer, with a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
