Commerical HVAC Technician

Cool Willy’s Air & Plumbing is on the hunt for a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team! Compensation & Perks

• $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Be Working On

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting VRV, VRF, chiller, and refrigeration systems
• Working with walk-in coolers/freezers and glycol systems
• Performing system and ensuring peak efficiency
• Maintaining detailed service records and communicating clearly with clients

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience (VRV/VRF & refrigeration required)
• EPA Certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have a clean background check and MVR, and be able to pass a drug screen
• Motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
