As a NetSuite Administrator within Cordance’s Technology team, you will be the primary technical owner for our NetSuite instance and a key contributor to our systems roadmap. You will partner with internal stakeholders in Finance and Operations to ensure financial processes scale efficiently and to integrate supporting financial applications into NetSuite. You will also collaborate with other systems administrators to ensure that our Quote-to-Cash journey is seamless across CRMs, Quote Tools and NetSuite.

This is a fully remote role, candidates must reside in the US 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own NetSuite, always searching for ways to improve our financial processes and ensure data integrity
  • Manage user access, reports, workflows, routing rules and approvals
  • Be an expert in Quote-to-Cash systems / Own management of Subskribe - NetSuite
  • Be an expert in supporting NetSuite AR/AP/GL
  • Maintain integrations
  • Manage users/permissions/reports/etc
  • Understand and schedule scripts
  • Provide technical support and training to all internal NetSuite users
  • Document configuration, processes, and user guides for internal stakeholder use
  • Build custom reports to support the needs of the finance team and to fulfill audit requests
  • Implement and manage integrations between NetSuite and adjacent applications (like Avalara) 
  • Support requirement building for custom NetSuite integrations that will be implemented by the Data team 
  • Facilitate integration of newly acquired business units into NetSuite 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years administering NetSuite in-house with a B2B SaaS company
  • Expert in Quote-to-Cash systems
  • Own Subskribe - NetSuite
  • Maintain integrations, as well as manage users, permissions, and reports, etc
  • Expert in supporting NetSuite Accounting Revenue Management processes; AR/AP/GL, Quote/Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, General Accounting

Nice-to-have's:

  • Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 or 2.0 a plus
  • Experience supporting migrations to NetSuite from other applications (like Quickbooks) 
  • Experience supporting NetSuite integrations with multiple of the following: Avalara, Paylocity, Rippling, Mesh, Chrome River, Versapay 
  • Experience supporting custom integrations to NetSuite (using Celigo, Workato, etc)
