Business Systems Integration Lead

Cordance is seeking an experienced Business Systems Integration Lead (Lead-to-Cash) to lead the successful integration of L2C processes for acquired SaaS businesses. This role is critical in harmonizing lead-to-cash workflows across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems to support scalable, accurate, and customer-friendly operations post-acquisition.
This cross-functional leader will work closely with Revenue Operations, Data, Finance, Customer Success, Pricing, and IT to drive the execution of a unified, efficient SaaS L2C process that supports subscription and usage-based revenue models using playbook frameworks.
This is a fully remote role; all candidates must be based in the US
What you'll do:
- Execute and refine the Lead-to-Cash integration playbook for newly acquired SaaS businesses
- Align lead-to-cash processes across platforms including CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)CPQ (Subskribe), and ERP (NetSuite)
- Execution of subscription data migration and integrity across systems
- Inventory all current customer contracts, pricing terms, renewal cycles, and entitlements across the acquired business
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition alignment
- Partner with pricing to map entitlements
- Reconcile records across systems (CRM, billing, ERP) to ensure clean data migration
- Work with CPQ architects (data team) to translate acquired offerings into standardized upload templates
- Own and lead the cross functional project plan
- Drive resolution of issues during hypercare period
What You Bring:
- 3–5 or more years of experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in business systems, revenue operations, or post-acquisition integration
- Deep understanding of the lead-to-cash workflow, including CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP components
- Demonstrated experience pulling and analyzing customer records from systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ platforms (Subskribe strongly plus), contract management tools, and NetSuite
- Ability to read and interpret customer contracts and order forms to accurately identify entitlements and billing obligations
- Strong grasp of SaaS business models, including subscription billing, usage-based pricing, renewal management, and ARR/MRR recognition
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills; able to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations
- High proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other advanced functions for data reconciliation and reporting
- Understanding of compliance and audit considerations for financial and billing systems
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technical, and finance teams
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or 6 or more years of hands-on equivalent experience
- Experience with post-merger integration or system harmonization
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in high-growth or M&A environments
- Familiarity with ASC 606 compliance and SaaS revenue recognition
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments where systems and processes are evolving
