Job Purpose
Cordros Capital Limited needs the services of a Stockbroking Operations analyst who is conversant with Equities settlement, Trade reconciliations and other responsibilities as outlined below.

Responsibilities

Responsible for posting and processing all clients’ inflows, payments, and transfers.
Responsible for booking of clients’ investments/liquidations/maturities.
Posting operational bank entries weekly.
Carry out daily bank reconciliation on all the accounts to be submitted bi-monthly.
Daily equities settlement & trade reconciliation.
Daily review of client balances to prevent overdrawn balances and execution of all mandates.
Sending of cash statements & portfolio valuation to clients on monthly & weekly basis

Job Requirements

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any other related discipline.
A Second Degree and/or Completion of Relevant Professional Certification like ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage.

Work Experience

Minimum of two to four years’ work experience in a stockbroking firm or group.

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:

The use of Microsoft Excel
The use of Accounting Software (e.g., Symplus, etc.)

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
