About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and help maximize his impact across Corelight. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in exceptional execution, and brings the judgment, adaptability, and discretion needed to support a dynamic executive leadership team.

Beyond managing the day-to-day, you'll play an important role in how our executive team operates, from driving effective meeting rhythms and coordinating key initiatives to leading and developing our administrative team. We're looking for someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and brings the confidence and emotional intelligence to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize the executive team's operating model, from staff meetings and QBRs to Board meetings, ensuring information flows smoothly and meetings are purposeful, efficient, and decisions and follow-ups are tracked through completion.
  • Own the planning and execution of key executive meetings, Board meetings, and large-scale internal events, including company-wide gatherings such as Corelight Connect, executive offsites, and leadership retreats, ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional attendee experience.
  • Lead the planning and execution of internal initiatives and events, including Board meetings, executive retreats, All Hands, and cross-functional projects. Bring structure, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Lead, hire, and develop the administrative team, establishing strong collaboration, clear ownership, and consistent execution across the organization.
  • Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities with strategic foresight and minimal oversight. Anticipate needs, navigate competing demands, and keep the CEO focused on what matters most. Provide calendar assistance to the CFO and CSO as needed.
  • Serve as a trusted extension of the CEO, building connections across the organization, representing Corelight professionally with external stakeholders, and providing thoughtful feedback and perspective when appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive productivity and administrative workflows, including practical applications of AI and technology.
  • Travel at least quarterly to support executive meetings, events, and business priorities.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience as an Executive Assistant, including experience supporting a CEO or comparable C-suite executive.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize strategically, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors, Customer Advisory Boards, or other high-touch external stakeholder groups.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to executive support, with the confidence to anticipate needs, communicate directly, and offer constructive feedback.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides), Slack, and Confluence, along with practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Previous experience managing and developing Executive Assistant teams preferred.
