About the Role

Corelight is hiring a Senior Recruiter, GTM to help build the teams that drive our growth and customer success.

This role will primarily support hiring across Sales, Customer Success, and other go-to-market functions in the US and globally. You'll partner closely with senior GTM leaders to understand their business, translate hiring needs into effective talent strategies, and independently lead searches from intake through close.

We're looking for an experienced in-house recruiter who brings strong judgment, knows how to find and assess exceptional GTM talent, and has experience operating in a fast-paced SaaS startup or growth-stage environment.

This is a highly autonomous role. You'll be expected to bring a point of view, use market intelligence to influence search strategy, and take ownership of hiring outcomes rather than simply managing a recruiting process. While GTM will be your primary focus, we value recruiters who are versatile and willing to flex across the business, including G&A or technical hiring, as priorities evolve.

What You'll Do

  • Independently own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and other GTM functions from intake through offer and close.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define success in the role, and translate those expectations into targeted candidate profiles and search strategies.
  • Build talent maps and proactive pipelines across US and global markets, using market intelligence to inform and adjust your approach.
  • Independently assess candidates and provide hiring leaders with clear, evidence-based recommendations on strengths, risks, and overall fit.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, bringing market insights, constructively challenging assumptions, and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Design and lead structured interview processes that support consistent, evidence-based candidate evaluation.
  • Manage search priorities, pipeline health, stakeholder communication, and risks proactively, maintaining clear visibility into progress and next steps.
  • Own candidate engagement, offer strategy, negotiations, and closing while delivering a strong candidate experience.
  • Recognize when a search isn't working, diagnose the issue, and adapt quickly to maintain momentum.
  • Flex into G&A, technical, or other recruiting priorities as business needs evolve, and contribute to building scalable practices across the TA team.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM functions.
  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience within a SaaS startup or growth-stage technology company.
  • Demonstrated success in competitive talent markets through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building passive candidate pipelines.
  • Experience partnering with senior Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leaders as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Strong business acumen and recruiting judgment, with the ability to independently assess talent and provide evidence-based hiring recommendations.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and structured selection processes.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex searches while maintaining urgency, operational accuracy, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Versatility to support hiring outside GTM, including G&A or technical roles, is a strong plus.
  • Experience recruiting across global markets is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
