As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you will guide customers through their initial technical journey during onboarding. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive onboarding experience with our technical products and services. Here, you will understand their unique requirements and challenges, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Your role will enable customers to leverage our products thoroughly, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and loyalty. 

Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will be instrumental in creating a positive first experience for our customers, directly impacting our company's growth and reputation in the market. This is a remote position, and we are seeking candidates who reside in the EST time zone to support our customers effectively.

Corellium has developed a new technology that transforms how mobile and IoT security R&D is done. We’re the only company in the world to virtualize Arm-powered devices for Linux, Android, and iOS software development and testing. We are not an emulator; we are not a simulator, but instead a powerful Arm-native virtualization platform with the best built-in security tools available. 

Responsibilities

As an ideal candidate, you will have a sound technical foundation with Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking knowledge. Familiarity with mobile operating systems and scripting is a plus. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including:

  • Guide new customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained and can effectively use our product.
  • Provides deep subject matter expertise on Corellium solutions and best practices to help customers achieve value.
  • Offers technical guidance on in-depth use case implementation and helps demonstrate the value of the product’s capabilities to advance product adoption and expansion.
  • Serve as a technical resource, resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Strong ability to communicate with highly technical customers and an ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Collect customer feedback on product functionality and work with the product development team to implement improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts, understand their ongoing needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
  • Work closely with the support, sales, product development, and other teams to provide seamless customer experience.
  • Expected travel under 5%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems.
  • Scripting experience is helpful. 
  • Self-motivated as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to achieve performance goals.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
