Responsibilities:
- Support the alignment of business processes, technologies, and workflows to facilitate information sharing and collaboration among analysts, organizations, and mission partners supporting intelligence production.
- Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, records management systems, and other knowledge management capabilities to support the organization, accessibility, and dissemination of intelligence information.
- Analyze and refine workflows, processes, and information management practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of analytical production and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Compile, analyze, and report performance, utilization, and operational metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing knowledge management capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess current and future knowledge management requirements related to information search, discovery, storage, retrieval, formal intelligence production, taskings, and information sharing.
- Coordinate the dissemination of intelligence products across separate networks, systems, and portals in accordance with applicable security requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Support the identification and implementation of enhancements to knowledge management processes, technologies, and capabilities to improve information accessibility, discoverability, and analytical production.
Levels:
- Junior: Minimum of one year of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Mid: Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Senior: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Expert: Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience conducting analysis directly relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience gained within the preceding two (2) years.
- Experience applying comprehensive mission knowledge, technical skills, and tradecraft gained through the required developmental training and experience for the labor category.
- Experience analyzing and communicating insights from incomplete, indirect, highly complex, disparate, or technically advanced information and synthesizing reporting from multiple sources, analytic perspectives, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Experience identifying trends and developing analytical judgments by integrating reporting, contextual information, and alternative analytic perspectives to produce well-supported assessments.
- Experience independently planning, prioritizing, and executing analytical and mission-support activities with minimal oversight and direction while meeting established quality and production requirements.
- Experience collaborating with Intelligence Community (IC) organizations and mission partners to facilitate information sharing, support collection activities, resolve analytic disagreements, and address conflicts across organizational and disciplinary boundaries.
- Experience developing concise, insightful, comprehensive, and well-supported intelligence products tailored to defense intelligence requirements and senior stakeholder audiences.
- Experience leading teams in researching and addressing multifaceted, complex, or critical intelligence problems and providing guidance on the selection, design, and application of appropriate analytic methodologies.
- Experience applying structured analytic techniques, argument evaluation, and validated analytic methodologies to assess competing hypotheses, challenge differing perspectives, identify analytical gaps, and strengthen the rigor and objectivity of intelligence assessments.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $135,000
This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
