As the primary point of accountability for program performance, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, keep budgets on track, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time, on-site role in Williamsburg, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and lead multiple training sessions throughout the year, from early prep through final debrief.
  • Build and support a strong team of instructors, role players, and program staff so every session meets a high standard.
  • Run day-to-day program operations, including logistics, materials, facilities, and communications with participants.
  • Own the program budget by tracking spending, preparing forecasts, and producing financial reports that keep the program on scope and on target.
  • Apply a working knowledge of contracting basics to stay compliant and keep the program aligned with Sponsor requirements.
  • Track key metrics and program performance, and share clear, regular updates with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Bring adult learning best practices to the program and continuously improve the participant experience and outcomes.
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for all program questions and coordination.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing budgets and finances.
  • Solid understanding of basic contracting concepts.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with standard office applications.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as adult learning, human resource development, operations management, or business administration.
  • Background in adult learning or managing training programs.
  • Experience serving as a Technical Operations Officer.

Clearance Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance required.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates.
