Job Overview
The Client Lifecycle Specialist is a technical, client-facing role responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and deployment of Coretelligent’s managed IT and security solutions. Working closely with a Project Manager and other Client Lifecycle Specialists, this role serves as the technical bridge between our clients and internal engineering teams — ensuring that each environment is fully documented, properly configured, and ready for long-term success within our managed service model.
This position is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills. You’ll be directly involved in tool deployment, documentation, and environment readiness for new client onboarding projects — particularly those involving CoreArmor, Coretelligent’s flagship managed security offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Project Manager and internal engineering teams to execute all technical aspects of new client onboarding projects.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Lifecycle Specialists to standardize deployment processes and documentation across clients and service lines.
- Deploy and configure Coretelligent’s suite of managed services tools, such as (LogicMonitor, Taegis, Kaseya VSA, Liongard, and ServiceNow)
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather technical details on network topology, server configurations, endpoints, virtualization, and telephony systems.
- Create clear, scalable technical documentation to ensure internal engineering and support teams have accurate client environment references.
- Review, validate, and enhance existing documentation and configurations to align with Coretelligent’s standards and best practices.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients to establish onboarding timelines, manage expectations, and ensure transparent updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and manage all assigned onboarding tasks and milestones in project management tools to ensure timely, accurate completion.
- Identify gaps or risks in client IT infrastructure and collaborate with internal teams to recommend and document remediation steps.
- Monitor newly onboarded clients to confirm successful handoff, ensuring documentation and monitoring tools support a seamless transition to ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery, client onboarding, or technical implementation within a Managed Services or enterprise IT environment.
- Strong understanding of networking, server infrastructure, virtualization, and endpoint management (Windows and macOS).
- Familiarity with security, monitoring, and automation platforms, including Taegis, LogicMonitor, Kaseya VSA, Liongard, and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to interpret and document complex technical environments for scalability and cross-team use.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities in fast-paced project environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management systems.
- Occasional after-hours support may be required for client cutovers or major onboarding events.
