- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate vendor escalations and resolve complex or uncommon incidents.
- Assist with firmware upgrades, site-to-site VPNs, cloud network integration (Azure/AWS), and remote access solutions.
- Document network configurations, topologies, and troubleshooting procedures in clear, client-ready format.
- Provide mentoring and spot training for Engineer I team members on networking fundamentals and best practices.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance windows or after-hours escalations as required to ensure uptime and service continuity.
- Maintain departmental SLAs, metrics, and client satisfaction goals while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent documentation, communication, and client-facing skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote MSP environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Fortinet NSE4+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent vendor certification strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-tenant or co-managed MSP environments.
