To support our growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Manager of Revenue Enablement.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Enablement, you will execute and continuously improve revenue enablement programs that equip the revenue organization with the knowledge, skills, tools, content, and coaching needed to communicate CoreTrust’s GPO value proposition and contract portfolio effectively. This role manages key elements of the sales learning lifecycle, including new-hire onboarding, ongoing development, certification, platform adoption, contract fluency, and field reinforcement, with success measured through seller readiness, consistent execution, adoption, and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Translate revenue priorities and the enablement roadmap into clear programs, project plans, and delivery schedules. Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, apply established standards, and maintain feedback loops that identify capability gaps and keep enablement responsive to changing business, portfolio, and field needs.
  • Develop, deliver, and continuously improve role-based onboarding and ongoing learning for Account Executives, Client Executives, Account Managers, BDRs, and sales leaders. Build learning paths, facilitation guides, practice activities, assessments, and certifications that accelerate readiness and reinforce core selling capabilities.
  • Execute the established coaching and reinforcement approach in partnership with sales leaders. Facilitate live and virtual learning, skill practice, call and deal coaching, reinforcement sessions, and targeted development activities based on observed field needs.
  • Partner with Portfolio, Contracting, Legal, Marketing, and subject matter experts to translate the GPO model, supplier agreements, contract economics, category value propositions, eligibility, implementation considerations, and competitive differentiation into practical learning. Help ensure sellers can confidently explain CoreTrust’s value and position appropriate contracts for member needs.
  • Manage enablement programs and learning content supporting Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, ZoomInfo, Power BI, internally developed tools, and future platforms. Maintain governed playbooks and resources, monitor adoption and proficiency, gather feedback, and recommend improvements that strengthen usability and field execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales training, revenue enablement, revenue operations, learning and development, sales leadership, or a related B2B commercial function, including experience independently managing cross-functional enablement programs.
  • Demonstrated success developing and delivering onboarding, ongoing curriculum, certification, coaching, content, or technology adoption programs for a complex or growing sales organization. Experience managing projects, stakeholders, timelines, and program communications is required.
  • GPO, procurement, supply chain, benefits, private equity, or another contract-intensive B2B environment is strongly preferred. Direct GPO experience is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Relevant credentials in instructional design, adult learning, sales methodology, coaching, change management, project management, or enablement platforms are valued but not required.
  • Ability to travel periodically for onboarding, sales meetings, supplier or partner sessions, and in-person training. Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading projects and influencing sales leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
