Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Technical Copywriter and Product Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for producing clear, concise, accurate, and consistent written content across our product documentation, knowledge base, and educational materials. You will also own product release communications, including presenting new features and improvements during live sessions.
 
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience (candidates with less experience but a relevant background will also be considered)
  • Ability to write effective technical content
  • Ability to present to other teams during live sessions
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint (for creating presentations)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (native or bilingual English speaker preferred)
  • Interest in the IT sector
  • Experience as an Technical Writer/Copywriter in the IT industry for SaaS B2B Companies
Job Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain product documentation. Keep manuals and knowledge base articles clear, complete, accurate, concise, up to date, and aligned with the copywriting guidelines for consistency.
  • Own the structure and navigation of technical documentation. Define categories, and article/manual structures and templates so information is easy to find, browse, and use.
  • Keep writing consistent across educational channels. Own and maintain the writing and copy guidelines (tone, terminology, formatting).
  • Act as the internal copywriter for technical and educational content. Provide clear written content for internal teams (web, emails, presentations, training materials) following the writing guidelines.
  • Own the full product release communication process, ensuring new features and improvements are communicated accurately, completely, clearly, and effectively — both to customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure text content production and updates are fast, while keeping output quality high, consistent, and aligned with our branding.
Key Activities
  • Gather content and information: collect inputs from Product/Engineering/Support, ask follow-up questions, and confirm details before writing or updating documentation.
  • Write and publish product manuals: write new manuals and updates, then publish and format them according to the guidelines.
  • Write and publish knowledge base articles: create new articles and update existing ones based on product changes and customer/support needs.
  • Maintain writing guidelines: update rules and examples, align with key stakeholders, and make updates easy for others to follow.
  • Deliver copywriting requests: clarify what is needed, write the content, collect feedback, and deliver the final version (including text for presentations, websites, emails, and live training materials such as slide text, scripts, and speaker notes).
  • For the product release communication process: collect new feature information and ensure all necessary details are in place; write the release notes; prepare and deliver the internal training presentation during live sessions; and publish all content across the relevant channels.
  • Search for, propose, and implement approaches, methods, formats, and tools that make content faster to produce and update, while keeping quality high, consistent, and aligned with our branding.
